Despite its mixed reviews, Samsung’s Galaxy Note smartphone has managed to carve out a niche portion of the touchscreen smartphone market. Some people just prefer a stylus over a pen.
Now, Samsung has added a stylus-friendly tablet, too — the 10-inch Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet — which boasts some features not found on the iPad. Some have argued that the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 that Samsung released earlier in 2012 wasn’t a strong-enough iPad competitor, aside from the cheaper price. And so far, Tab 2 sales have come nowhere near the sky-high sales figures of the new iPad.
