The American Automobile Association (AAA) Carolinas’ businesses goal was to mobilize and streamline their vehicle inspection process. Additionally, pre-trip inspections, completed on mobile phones and tablets, are now automatically uploaded to Box, and includes geo-stamps that prove AAA members were on site and that managers signed off on provided services. This meant that every signature, every request, and every moment was accounted for.

Pesado Energy is a Mississippi-based pipeline construction company. Pesado used ProntoForms to mobilize a number of business processes on iPhones and iPads, including its Job Number Request form, which is completed by a supervisor whenever the company takes on a new project. The mobile form, which replaced a paper-based workflow, outlines the equipment needed for the job, the employees on the roster, the customer, the location, as well as estimated upfront and running costs.

Plus, an Analytics package gives the Pesado Operations team full visibility into each project and can track expenses, revenue, margins, and employees in real-time.
