The Microsoft Office mobile app suite let you securely view, co-author, edit and share documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook Mail, and Outlook Calendar on any iOS, Android, or Windows device you choose.
With the Microsoft Office app, you can voice dictate directly to your cell phone. You can also share content, conversations and tasks from any device, from your cloud storage account, or across your organization (if using a work account). Plus, simplify your scheduling with shared calendars that let people see when your coworkers are free or busy.
The Office app also lets you transform images into editable Word and Excel files, and you can sign PDFs using your finger. Instantly open a QR code link by scanning the code, and use the app’s Sticky Notes feature to quickly jot down ideas and notes.
And when you’re not mobile, you can have the same MS Office apps experience on PC. Learn more about benefits of IMAP Office 365 Migration and SharePoint Migration to Office 365. The really great thing about Office 365 is that whether you’re on a PC or on your mobile devices, your Office documents maintain the same formatting.
Though the Office app is free, you can access all features with a monthly Microsoft Office 365 subscription. If you sign up for that through the app, your Office 365 subscription will be charged to your app store account and will automatically renew unless you disable auto-renewal in your app store account settings.
