IFS Streams is a perfect example of IFS Labs research turning into business benefits. IFS Streams is a notification system designed to keep users close to the business by actively pushing out notifications triggered by updates and actions in IFS solutions, all customizable for each unique user. IFS was the first enterprise software vendor to make its field service offering connect with smartwatches – initially on the Samsung Gear 2 and more recently on the Apple Watch.
IFS Touch Apps is a series of smartphone service apps for Android, iOS, and Windows Phone. Each app focuses on specific tasks such as expense and purchase approvals, customer relations management, and time reporting. IFS Touch Apps utilise features such as GPS, voice recording, and photo capture.
IFS Talk, inspired by Facebook and Twitter, lets users collaborate with peers in real time by posting thoughts or queries within a safe environment. All conversations (we call them Scribbles) are stored within the system for better knowledge retention.
