FORT WORTH, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ECI Software Solutions, a global provider of cloud-based business management software and services, today announced its acquisition of Avid Ratings, a Madison, Wisconsin-based provider of leading customer experience solutions designed specifically for the homebuilding industry. The strategic acquisition expands ECI’s industry-specific solutions for homebuilders by adding advanced customer experience management tools and AI-powered platforms, enabling builders to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
