Cloudbreak’s 1,200-plus customers, which include clinics, hospitals, and healthcare systems, are eligible to download this feature and have already begun using it in patient interactions. Cloudbreak’s interoperability features allow it to natively integrate with multiple WebRTC and SIP platforms including Vidyo, Polycom, Skype, Cisco and now Zoom. These integrations also can be used in many of the major electronic medical records used by hospitals including Cerner, EPIC and others.
